In 2020, Simon Fraser University held its first Small File Media Festival. I composed a short film entitled, How does she do that? The film was selected to be streamed and screened as part of the film festival.

The curation of small media projects call attention to the ecological costs of our digital entertainments. Our “virtual space” infrastructure has material consequences on ecologies and global climate change disasters. My participation in small file media will be part of an ethical practice as I move forward in my research of digital media studies and media art.
